Mother and daughter or sisters?

facebook group

With fifty being the new forty and women being more conscious about retaining their looks, does your mum ever get mistaken as your sibling?

Twiggy, Jane Seymour and Goldie Hawn are just a few of the famous, extremely glamorous mums who look as trendy, hot and well groomed as their daughters.

We want to know if you have a drop dead gorgeous mum who looks fantastic for her age. Do you love the reaction you get from your friends when you introduce them to her? Or are you fed up with the attention your mums’ looks generate? Do you feel like you are constantly in competition? Or do you hate it when your boyfriend constantly tells you how ‘hot’ your mum looks?

Are you a mum who has aged fantastically and it always getting male attention when you go out anywhere with your daughter? Does this affect the relationship you have with her? How do you deal with it?

Love it or hate it, we want to hear from you…

My mum looks fantastic for her age and I love the reaction from friends when they first meet her. When I was younger we would go shopping together but now that I’m sixteen mum tends to let me go with my friends.
Some people think she is my older sister and it would be easy to treat mum like a sister but mum makes sure she is ‘mum’ and doesn’t try to be my best friend and doesn’t borrow my clothes (even though she could!).
I haven’t had a boyfriend that I have taken home yet but I’m sure he will fancy her. Not sure how that will go down. I’m sure it will be ok.

    Shona x :-)
